There’s convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and head out to Dolomites and Primiero Valley, just a short walk away. Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1615-sq-ft chalet.

When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There’s also a DVD player, a stereo, and a music library for your enjoyment. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a dining area and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won’t have to pack extra clothes, because you’ll have a washer and dryer, too.

The Chalet is located in the Primiero San Martino di Castrozza municipality at 1270 m (4170 ft) above sea level on the slopes of the Primiero Valley, Paneveggio Natural Park, and Pale di San Martino. It has nearby restaurants such as Agriturismo Maso Tais, Petina, Piereni, Ristorante Cant del Gal, and Bar Laghetto Welsperg.

The Primiero Valley is about 20 minutes away, while the slopes of San Martino di Castrozza, 45, and Passo Rolle are about 55 minutes away. You can reach Siror and S. Martino di Castrozza on foot, along the indicated paths, or by bike.

You can spend holidays dedicated to sport, relaxation, and fun both in summer and winter. Some tourists ‘ favorite activities are mountain biking, excursions, long walks, and climbing. It is ideal for young people and families with children of all ages.

In winter, we remind guests to equip their cars with winter equipment in case of snow and ice.
